When you walk down the hallways, does the staff smile warmly and greet you? Or do they walk by like you aren’t even there? These are things to focus in on and consider when narrowing down your choices. You’ll want to know you or your loved one will be well taken care of and a friendly, consistent staff is key.
Cleanliness of the Community
During your initial and subsequent tours, you should keep an eye out for the cleanliness of the community.
